Whistleblowing Channel

The Whistleblowing Channel has been set up by VidaCaixa for you to quickly and confidentially report any irregularities you may detect in the course of your work and that may entail a violation, including fraud and other offences. This channel is essential to ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics in general and the internal rules in particular. Therefore, it’s an active part of VidaCaixa’s ongoing effort to improve.

You can submit your complaint anonymously

This Channel has a series of guarantees, especially the confidentiality and concealment of the whistleblower’s identity. Anonymity is guaranteed through the appropriate IT measures that ensure automatic deletion and a secure access to the Whistleblowing Channel and the company’s code, as well as protection against retaliation.

 This system is managed by the Regulatory Compliance body, but part of the management, receipt and pre-admission analysis of complaints is done by external experts, which means far more independence, objectivity and compliance with the guarantees given by the Channel.

Remember that you can access the Whistleblowing Channel 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from the company’s devices or your own. Also, the platform allows you to submit your complaints in Spanish, Catalan, English or Portuguese.
