The Channel for Queries has been set up by VidaCaixa for you to send us any doubts you may have about the implementation or interpretation of the Code of Ethics and Action Principles or any other rules of conduct to be followed by everyone at VidaCaixa. This is an essential channel to ensure compliance with these rules and it’s an active part of VidaCaixa’s ongoing effort to improve.

This Channel has a series of guarantees, especially its confidentiality in handling all queries and its appropriate IT measures to ensure automatic deletion and a secure access to the Channel for Queries. Queries can’t be anonymous so your name will be attached to any query you submit.

Remember that you can access the Whistleblowing Channel 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from the company’s devices or your own. Also, the platform allows you to submit your complaints in Spanish, Catalan, English or Portuguese.
